I believe that research is a valuable design and marketing tool.
During my studies I completed modules in sociology and collaborative design research methods. This allowed me to explore the use of different qualitative research techniques during a number of design projects. This research ranged from Cultural Mapping, Bodystorming, Interviews, Focus Groups, Cultural Probes, User Mapping, Persona Creation and Scenario Building.
In my experience working in Marketing I have used Quantative research to develop campaigns and understand venue customers..
